Broke the pattern
Well for the 1st time in 4 months I've broken the cycle!!! I didn't gain, I stayed the same. Could've been worse. So this is the start of the new me...look out. I have my 10kg by end of July challenge with Andee & Superbanana, so we can get there. I just reread my action plan and reminded myself of the priority I'm meant to be putting on walking. I went for a 1hr walk yesterday, 1st one in a few weeks. I will be doing a big food shop this arvo after Brooke wakes up, I'm about to plan my meals for the next week. We were aiming for the 94's this week, I haven't seen it yet but Rebecca blitzed it and went to 93.9!!! Ya Rebecca. Well of to do this food plan.

MY WEIGHT LOSS PLAN
Key Issues I want to change- Weight
High Body Fat Level
Posture
Inconsistency
Motivation
Attitude
3 month plan - by 31/7/09 I want to lose 10kg's and weigh 85kg
6 month plan - by 31/10/09 I want to lose another 10kg's and weigh 75kg
12 month plan - by 24/04/09 I want to definately be at my goal, infact by then I want to be under my goal of 69kg's and wearing most of my 'skinny' clothes.
FORMULA TO GET THERE
- I will keep a food and exercise diary
- I will keep this blog up to date with photos as I lose my weight
- I will stick to my ww recommended points for the day
- I will walk at least 5x's a week for 1/2 hr
CHANGES I NEED TO MAKE TO ENSURE I SUCCEED
- Work my daily routine around my 1/2hr walk in the morning
- Prioritise my morning walk
- Plan my meals for the day
- Only allow myself no more than 2 points of wine per day
WHAT HELP DO I NEED TO GET ME THERE
Support and pushing along from all my ww buddies online and those I see
Thats it, thats the plan!!! For all the world to see. It doesn't seem much to lose 10kg over 3 months but when I think about what I've lost over the past 4-5 months...zilch I think I would be over the moon to lose that amount in 3 months.

WEIGH IN
It's raining!!!!!!!
Ya I lost .6kg, so that was nice to adjust my ticker for the 1st time to a loss. At the meeting today there are 3 of us at 95.? so next week we all plan to be 94.? (don't we Bec!) I'm still not quite at the lowest I was 5 weeks ago, but will be next week. I'm still in the middle of training for my new job so not much on the exercise front. So it's still nice to lose even when I'm not walking much.
I've started a book by Craig Harper - Your perfect body. So far seems excellent and good to keep the motivation up. My dad and his wife are here at the moment so it's nice for them to spend some time with Brooke. Keeps me busy anyway. I plan to work on 22 points again this week as it worked for me last week and try to do 3 x 1hr walks.

Working on getting my points right.
My friend Bec and I have decided to put our selves as inactive so I lost 2 points per day, which is probably right as I haven't been walking much. My Dad arrived yesterday from Cairns and I've started training in a new job which is during the week for 2 weeks so have been reasonably busy, although no plans today so I will be going for a walk later when Brooke wakes up, off to the library to borrow a Craig harper book they got in for me, Andee suggested a book by Ajay R. but I can't find that one yet. Wi on Thurs so I hope to lose close to 1kg, but would really love to see 94.? for a change. Been around 95/96kg for far too long...since 11/12/08. This has been one long plataeu of my doing of course, just not tracking properly, when you know it works it's stupid to not do it. Why do we stop tracking???? Lazy I guess or I think I've eaten pretty healthy but there is little things you forget you even ate and it all adds up.
