It's raining!!!!!!!
Ya I lost .6kg, so that was nice to adjust my ticker for the 1st time to a loss. At the meeting today there are 3 of us at 95.? so next week we all plan to be 94.? (don't we Bec!) I'm still not quite at the lowest I was 5 weeks ago, but will be next week. I'm still in the middle of training for my new job so not much on the exercise front. So it's still nice to lose even when I'm not walking much.
I've started a book by Craig Harper - Your perfect body. So far seems excellent and good to keep the motivation up. My dad and his wife are here at the moment so it's nice for them to spend some time with Brooke. Keeps me busy anyway. I plan to work on 22 points again this week as it worked for me last week and try to do 3 x 1hr walks.

We'll definitely be in the 94's next week! Very exciting :) I'm going to try staying at 21 too and see how I go.
