Enough of the 90's!!

Ok, easter is gone, I'm still seeing the 90's, so back on the weight loss journey. I got a new delivery of optifast this morning. I just did 12km's (450 cals/30 mins)on the exercise bike. When Brooke wakes up we are heading out the door for a 30 min walk.
Yes, I'm ready to lose some more weight now, enough of the 90's, by the end of the week I'd like to see 89kg's!!

YA!!! 90.7kg

I can't believe I finally saw 90.7kg this morning. Finally on my way to the '80's.
I've temporarily stopped optifast as I found the scales weren't moving much so I'm eating fruit in the morning, salads, vegies and meat. Counting Calories around 1000 a day because on optifast that was only 800 calories. I've just read an excellent book lent to me by Melissa and it was very interesting, called 'Sweet Poison' hence I'm avoiding anything with sugar and the past 3 days have had my coffees with no sugar.
So I'll go this way for a week or 2 then maybe do optifast again for a while.

I've now got 13 paperclips linked together on my fridge, finally been adding a few more lately, I started this chain when I started ww in sept '08. It's getting longer, about time.

4 weeks down, 8 to go

Well I've lost 6kg's and it hasn't changed a lot this past week. So with 8 weeks to go, I've got to get more serious.
I will go for a run tonight, I need to get a bit more hot and sweaty from exercise. I've been for a few walks lately, but I need to start cracking the whip if I'm going to fit into size 12 this winter (target layby) This Friday I have to see 90.9. The scales are going into hybernation until then.

NO change

Well friday has been and gone, I didn't change my weight. So this week I'm starting a walking plan and will walk for 30mins in the morning before Paul gets up. We shall see how we go this fri. Fingers crossed for 90.9!!!

2 weeks on optifast

I've lost 5.5kg's in the 2 weeks.
Now it's TTOTM and I ate food this morning, I'd been doing so well and caved so easily, rice crackers and lunch meat. Oh well I've picked myself back up and it's water and diet jelly for the rest of the day.
Paul has gone away for the whole week, so hopefully on friday he will be able to notice the loss I've had so far. I got Paul to take a pic of me in that sz 18 rockmans dress that I could finally squeeze into, even though I'm wearing sz 16 now, the dress hadn't fit me this summer, so finally does now just. I'll put it on again in a month and take another pic.
My sister Mandy wants to try optifast so hopefully she'll survive the first few days.
I'm going to weigh on fridays so I will be back then with a weigh in of hopefully 90.? !!!

OPTIFAST

1 st week over on optifast
Well the 1st 2 days were terrible and the 2nd night I felt sick and like I was going to pass out. Now I'm finally going ok. On Saturday I had a meal instead of a shake so I think I will do that each week on Sat night....so after 7 days I've lost 4kg's!!! I saw 97.5 before I started last weekend and am now 93.5kg. I feel slimmer already and am keeping on going with replacing all 3 meals with shakes and having 2 cups of vegies and I'm having it with a sm amount of protein to help me stick with it.
I'm glad I can see I'm back at a loss of 10kg again had put a few on and it was going out of control again.
I will keep up the good work and stick with it.

counting!!

Well I've actually made it to lunch still counting points, I've found I've stopped counting once breaky ends. Definately a slow process of getting up and running. But it's 2pm and I've tracked everything, so we are off to a good start for the week. My dad is coming for a week from tomorow, I need to track to allow for the alcohol I will no doubt drink.
Hoping to get out for a walk tonight providing it's not too hot. Might pick up the pace soon and start trying to run.
