My friend Bec and I have decided to put our selves as inactive so I lost 2 points per day, which is probably right as I haven't been walking much. My Dad arrived yesterday from Cairns and I've started training in a new job which is during the week for 2 weeks so have been reasonably busy, although no plans today so I will be going for a walk later when Brooke wakes up, off to the library to borrow a Craig harper book they got in for me, Andee suggested a book by Ajay R. but I can't find that one yet. Wi on Thurs so I hope to lose close to 1kg, but would really love to see 94.? for a change. Been around 95/96kg for far too long...since 11/12/08. This has been one long plataeu of my doing of course, just not tracking properly, when you know it works it's stupid to not do it. Why do we stop tracking???? Lazy I guess or I think I've eaten pretty healthy but there is little things you forget you even ate and it all adds up.
