I will go for a run tonight, I need to get a bit more hot and sweaty from exercise. I've been for a few walks lately, but I need to start cracking the whip if I'm going to fit into size 12 this winter (target layby) This Friday I have to see 90.9. The scales are going into hybernation until then.

Way to stay positive. I've been doing medifast for two months and it's tough, but worth it in the end.
