I've temporarily stopped optifast as I found the scales weren't moving much so I'm eating fruit in the morning, salads, vegies and meat. Counting Calories around 1000 a day because on optifast that was only 800 calories. I've just read an excellent book lent to me by Melissa and it was very interesting, called 'Sweet Poison' hence I'm avoiding anything with sugar and the past 3 days have had my coffees with no sugar.
So I'll go this way for a week or 2 then maybe do optifast again for a while.
to the '80's I go
I've now got 13 paperclips linked together on my fridge, finally been adding a few more lately, I started this chain when I started ww in sept '08. It's getting longer, about time.

Wow so close to those much sort after 80's!! You're well on your way now & your attitude is fantastic. Keep mixing things up instead of chucking it in. You got to keep believing you can do it as you are now. I can see your face changing. Reading your latest post, I am so proud of you girl!!
