Definately broken the cycle!!

Ya, I'm happy I haven't seen a gain for 4 weeks and I want to keep it that way. I bought a ww pedometer today so I might even do a few challenges and join the pedometer thread and record my steps. Hopefully seeing the steps will motivate more to walk more often. My meal plan helped a lot, just knowing what I was eating for a meal and having my points worked out for that meal before I eat it. Very slowly chipping away at my weight. I have 9.7kg's to go for my July challenge.
