Finally on the move

Well my 1st week at home has been fantastic, I lost 500g's. So I'm finally in the 94's...but not for long. This week to lose my weight I exercised everyday except Wed. I walked an hour to an hr and a half each day as well as on 2 days I did exercise dvd's. I had so much energy I could'nt help but want to go out and walk for miles. I did between 10 000 - 15 000 steps each day. If I could have a week like that this week I might just make my 10% and 10kg loss. I would have to lose 1.6kg, maybe possible, I might need 2 weeks. Even to lose 1 kg to get to 10kg's.

I can do it, there is nothing stopping me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. You have done amazingly well this week - well done on all your exercise too. You are an inspiration for me who gets lazy very quickly.

    Well done on 9kg too, a paper clip is coming your way! Very exciting, keep it up!
